Parallel alignment समानांतर संरेखण

Parallel alignment is defined as the movement of the input and output halves of the coupling in a way that maintains parallelism between the faces of each coupling half but allows the shafts to occupy the separate centre lines.

समानांतर संरेखण को युग्मन के इनपुट और आउटपुट हलवे के आंदोलन के रूप में परिभाषित किया जाता है जो प्रत्येक युग्मन आधे के चेहरों के बीच समानता को बनाए रखता है लेकिन शाफ्ट को अलग केंद्र लाइनों पर कब्जा करने की अनुमति देता है।

 The driving and driven equipment should be aligned so that a straight edge can be placed on both coupling flanges at 90-degree intervals and remain parallel to the equipment shafts. Care should be taken when tightening set screws and bolts to ensure the proper torque is achieved.

ड्राइविंग और संचालित उपकरणों को संरेखित किया जाना चाहिए ताकि 90 डिग्री के अंतराल पर दोनों कपलिंग फ्लैंग्स पर एक सीधी बढ़त रखी जा सके और उपकरण शाफ्ट के समानांतर बने रहें। उचित टोक़ सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सेट शिकंजा और बोल्ट को कसने पर देखभाल की जानी चाहिए।

By moving the station ahead or back a position is realized. This causes additional friction between idler and belt and creates a corrective force. Following is proposed.
