Belt Inspection and cleaning बेल्ट निरीक्षण और सफाई

 The belt should be checked periodically for cover cuts, gouges, abraded areas, edge wear and carcass breaks. Both the top and bottom of the belt should be inspected. The frequency of inspection will depend on the type and severity of service. The belt shall be checked for its operating alignment for both carrying and return sides.

बेल्ट को समय-समय पर कवर कट, गॉज, एबर्डेड एरिया, एज वियर और शव ब्रेक के लिए चेक किया जाना चाहिए। बेल्ट के ऊपर और नीचे दोनों का निरीक्षण किया जाना चाहिए। निरीक्षण की आवृत्ति सेवा के प्रकार और गंभीरता पर निर्भर करेगी। बेल्ट को ले जाने और लौटने वाले दोनों पक्षों के लिए उसके परिचालन संरेखण के लिए जाँच की जाएगी।

Inspection should also establish that there is no construction material, tools or protruding members that can rub tear or cut the belt when it starts up. The rubber edge strips on the skirts should be adjusted so that they rest lightly on the belt surface. Belt scrapers should be observed and adjustments made wherever necessary.

निरीक्षण में यह भी स्थापित होना चाहिए कि कोई भी निर्माण सामग्री, उपकरण या प्रोट्रूइंग सदस्य नहीं हैं जो शुरू होने पर बेल्ट को चीर या काट सकते हैं। स्कर्ट पर रबड़ की धार स्ट्रिप्स को समायोजित किया जाना चाहिए ताकि वे बेल्ट की सतह पर हल्के से आराम करें। बेल्ट स्क्रैपर्स का अवलोकन किया जाना चाहिए और जहां भी आवश्यक हो समायोजन किया जाना चाहिए।

Check for material spillage and correct the problem.

 Transfer points and galleries shall be cleaned with wash down to avoid coal dust build up.

Preventive maintenance has to be carried for all the equipment to avoid costly down times.

सामग्री रिसाव के लिए जाँच करें और समस्या को ठीक करें।

कोयले की धूल से बचने के लिए स्थानांतरण बिंदु और दीर्घाओं को धोने से साफ किया जाएगा।

महँगे समय से बचने के लिए सभी उपकरणों के लिए निवारक रखरखाव किया जाना चाहिए।

By moving the station ahead or back a position is realized. This causes additional friction between idler and belt and creates a corrective force. Following is proposed.
