The conveyor belt drum should be brought to the point of installation and mounted on a suitable shaft, so that the drum can be rotated to unroll and thread the belt on to the conveyor.When mounting the drum, care should be taken to ensure that the belt leads off the top of the roll if it is being pulled on to the carrying idlers, but off the bottom of the roll if it is being pulled on to the return idlers.

कन्वेयर बेल्ट ड्रम को स्थापना के बिंदु पर लाया जाना चाहिए और एक उपयुक्त शाफ्ट पर लगाया जाना चाहिए, ताकि ड्रम को कन्वेयर पर बेल्ट को अनियंत्रित और थ्रेड करने के लिए घुमाया जा सके। ड्रम को बढ़ते समय, सुनिश्चित करने के लिए देखभाल की जानी चाहिए। बेल्ट रोल के शीर्ष की ओर जाता है अगर इसे ले जाने वाले आइडलर्स पर खींचा जा रहा है, लेकिन रोल आइडल के नीचे से यदि इसे रिटर्न आइडलर्स पर खींचा जा रहा है।

 If the new belt is being installed to replace the old belt, the best procedure is to use the old belt to pull in the new belt.When the new belt is pulled in completely the end of the old can now be unfastened and the new belt tensioned and spliced.

यदि पुराने बेल्ट को बदलने के लिए नई बेल्ट लगाई जा रही है, तो सबसे अच्छी प्रक्रिया पुरानी बेल्ट को नए बेल्ट में खींचने के लिए उपयोग करना है। जब नई बेल्ट को पूरी तरह से खींच लिया जाता है तो पुराने को समाप्त किया जा सकता है और नई बेल्ट को हटाया जा सकता है। तनाव और मोच।

 If the belt is being installed on a new conveyor, a rope or cable should be attached by means of a clamp to the belt end. The clamp can be made from 5.0 mm or 10.0 mm thick plates, 100 mm less than the belt width. The clamp is attached to the belt end with belts placed at 100 mm intervals this clamp by welding and eye to the plate. The rope or cable may be attached to a truck, tractor or other means of providing traction.

यदि बेल्ट को एक नए कन्वेयर पर स्थापित किया जा रहा है, तो रस्सी या केबल को बेल्ट के अंत तक क्लैंप के माध्यम से संलग्न किया जाना चाहिए। क्लैंप 5.0 मिमी या 10.0 मिमी मोटी प्लेटों से बनाया जा सकता है, बेल्ट की चौड़ाई से 100 मिमी कम है। क्लैम्प बेल्ट से जुड़ा हुआ है और 100 मिमी के अंतराल पर बेल्ट के साथ बेल्ट से जुड़ा हुआ है। रस्सी या केबल ट्रक, ट्रैक्टर या ट्रैक्शन प्रदान करने के अन्य साधनों से जुड़ी हो सकती है।

 When installing a new belt great care has to be taken to see that the belt does not rub or catch on sharp corners or rough edges of the steel works.

एक नया बेल्ट स्थापित करते समय यह ध्यान रखना पड़ता है कि बेल्ट तेज कोनों पर रगड़ या पकड़ न जाए या स्टील के काम के किसी न किसी किनारों पर न लगे।

By moving the station ahead or back a position is realized. This causes additional friction between idler and belt and creates a corrective force. Following is proposed.
