Drive Pulley:ड्राइव पुली:

If aligned and re-checked within the erection phase, there is no clogging on the pulley surface. No alignment should be made here. If alignment is necessary, work on the idler stations in front of the pulley.

यदि इरेक्शन चरण के भीतर संरेखित और पुन: जांच की जाती है, तो पुली सतह पर कोई रोक नहीं है। यहां संरेखण नहीं बनाया जाना चाहिए। यदि संरेखण आवश्यक है, तो चरखी के सामने आइडलर स्टेशनों पर काम करें।

Tail pulley:पूंछ चरखी:

When working on smaller conveyors often as tensioning pulley via spindle arrangement, in general it is possible to influence belt tracking at this point. However it is recommended to keep the pulley as adjusted for proper belt tensioning.

जब स्पिंडल व्यवस्था के माध्यम से तनावपूर्ण चरखी के रूप में छोटे कन्वेयर पर काम करते हैं, तो सामान्य तौर पर इस बिंदु पर बेल्ट ट्रैकिंग को प्रभावित करना संभव होता है। हालांकि यह उचित बेल्ट तनाव के लिए चरखी को समायोजित करने के लिए अनुशंसित है।

Please note Fast running flat belts (for power transmission) is pulled upwards due to the centrifugal force. However, Conveyor belts are pulled downwards. The belt follows the reduction of tension, which means it walks to that pulley side which is de-tightened by the spindle.

By moving the station ahead or back a position is realized. This causes additional friction between idler and belt and creates a corrective force. Following is proposed.
