Conveyor belt Running Care and Maintenance Procedure कन्वेयर बेल्ट रनिंग केयर एंड मेंटीनेंस प्रोसीजर

 Extensive care and proper-maintenance at regular interval of running should be carried on by every belt user which largely extend the life of conveyor belting. The following are a few factors which come under this trail:

चल रहे नियमित अंतराल पर व्यापक देखभाल और उचित रखरखाव, प्रत्येक बेल्ट उपयोगकर्ता द्वारा किया जाना चाहिए जो मोटे तौर पर कन्वेयर बेल्टिंग के जीवन का विस्तार करता है। निम्नलिखित कुछ कारक हैं जो इस निशान के अंतर्गत आते हैं:

 (a)   Any minor cuts or gouges on cover.

 (b)  Major damage.

 (c)   Carcass failure.

 It is advisable to repair this type of damage at once as any belt even with any minor damage should not be used further without repairs.

इस प्रकार की क्षति को एक बार में ठीक करना उचित है क्योंकि किसी भी मामूली क्षति के साथ बेल्ट को बिना मरम्मत के आगे उपयोग नहीं किया जाना चाहिए।

Other factors which are also to be considered in the regular maintenance are: -

अन्य कारक जिन्हें नियमित रखरखाव पर भी विचार करना है: -

 (a)   Easy rolling of individual idler.

 (b)  Training of the belt.

 (c)   Take-up problem.

 (d)  Deposit and trapping of materials.

 (e)  Improper condition of skirt rubber, belt cleaner, etc.

 If the spillage is likely, return run of the belt should be protected by decking plate otherwise it may develop local stress following failure of belt cover as well as carcass. Belt should not be allowed to rub against any stationary parts of conveyor like skirt boards metallic part, stringer support, bottom of chute etc. skirt board rubber should have lower hardness than belt being used.

यदि स्पिलेज की संभावना है, तो बेल्ट की वापसी रन को प्लेट को संरक्षित करके संरक्षित किया जाना चाहिए अन्यथा बेल्ट कवर के साथ-साथ शव के बाद स्थानीय तनाव हो सकता है। बेल्ट को कन्वेयर के किसी भी स्थिर भागों के खिलाफ रगड़ने की अनुमति नहीं दी जानी चाहिए जैसे कि स्कर्ट बोर्ड धातु का हिस्सा, स्ट्रिंगर समर्थन, ढलान का नीचे आदि। स्कर्ट बोर्ड रबर का उपयोग किए जाने वाले बेल्ट की तुलना में कम कठोरता होनी चाहिए।
