Conveyor belt Good Loading Condition कन्वेयर बेल्ट गुड लोडिंग कंडीशन

 Method of loading is one of the vital factors of belt life in which cover as well as carcass may get damaged. While loading on conveyor belt, the following points should be considered.

लोडिंग की विधि बेल्ट जीवन के महत्वपूर्ण कारकों में से एक है जिसमें कवर के साथ-साथ शव क्षतिग्रस्त हो सकते हैं। कन्वेयर बेल्ट पर लोड करते समय, निम्नलिखित बिंदुओं पर विचार किया जाना चाहिए।

 (i)    Loading should be at the centre of the belt.

लोडिंग बेल्ट के केंद्र में होना चाहिए।

 (ii)   In case of abrasive materials (large), bed of small lumps may be provided by screening them inside the chute.

अपघर्षक पदार्थों (बड़े) के मामले में, छोटे गांठों के बिस्तर को ढलान के अंदर स्क्रीनिंग द्वारा प्रदान किया जा सकता है।

 (iii)  Spacing of impact idlers should be such that (usually less than troughing idler), most of the materials, fall on impact idler but not between idlers.

इफ़ेक्ट इडलर्स की स्पेसिंग ऐसी होनी चाहिए जो (आमतौर पर आइडल को ट्राल करने से कम हो), ज़्यादातर मैटेरियल्स, इफ़ेक्ट आइडलर पर पड़ते हैं, लेकिन आइडलर्स के बीच नहीं।

 (iv)  Slope of chute should be such that material cannot fall directly on belt under gravity. In ideal case, material at the time of touching the belt gets the same velocity as that of the belt.

ढलान का ढलान ऐसा होना चाहिए कि सामग्री सीधे गुरुत्वाकर्षण के तहत बेल्ट पर न गिर सके। आदर्श स्थिति में, बेल्ट को छूते समय सामग्री बेल्ट के समान वेग प्राप्त करती है।

 (v)   The skirt board should have a clearance at an angle upward towards the belt travel.

स्कर्ट बोर्ड को बेल्ट यात्रा के लिए ऊपर की ओर एक कोण पर निकासी होनी चाहिए।

 (vi)  Ensure that delivery chute is not choked.

सुनिश्चित करें कि डिलीवरी च्यूट चोक नहीं है।

 Proper Cleaning उचित सफाई

 Any sticky materials when being conveyed, may adhere after discharging portion which may effect the following:

किसी भी चिपचिपी सामग्री से अवगत होने पर, उस हिस्से के निर्वहन के बाद पालन हो सकता है जो निम्नलिखित को प्रभावित कर सकता है:

 (i)    Excessive wear.

 (ii)   Build up material on return idlers.

 (iii)  Misalignment of belt.

 It is therefore expected, the material should be cleaned before it reached snub pulley or return idler.

इसलिए यह उम्मीद की जाती है कि स्नब पुली या रिटर्न आइडलर तक पहुंचने से पहले सामग्री को साफ किया जाना चाहिए।

 Cleaning is done by the following ways:-

 a)    Single or multiblade scraper.

 b)    Rotary belt cleaner.

 c)     Water spray and wipers.

 d)    V-type return belt scrapper.
